  • The Bella Suite: is the Master Suite and is equipped with a

    Panel LCD TV, DVD Player, A/C, telephone line with Cordless
    phone, Flat Panel AM/FM/CD System w/MP3 connector,
    terrace overlooking the pool with color changing mood light
    bulbs for great ambiance, mini refrigerator, unique curtain
    system, private bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, toilet, bidet,
    shower and sink, huge closet and large sitting area.

  • The Blue Suite: is the Junior Suite and is equipped with a
    Queen Size Bed,  32' Flat Panel LCD TV, DVD Player, A/C,
    telephone line with Cordless phone,  iPod/MP3 Docking
    Speakers, awesome HE and SHE unique/romantic lamps, art
    deco coconut hanging strands, wall to wall closet, unique
    curtain system, private bathroom with tub, toilet, shower and
    sink.

  • Le Petite Suite: is the Deluxe Suite and is equipped with a
    Queen Size bed, 27' Flat Panel LCD TV, DVD Player, A/C,
    iPod/MP3 Docking Speakers, unique bamboo curtains
    system, and private bathroom with tub, toilet, shower and
    sink.

  • Small Bar/Office Area: villa has a small bar w/2 stools
    which you can utilize when entertaining guests.  This area also
    comes equipped with a Flat Panel AM/FM/4 CD Changer
    Music System with MP3 Connector.

  • ENJOY OUR NEWLY ADDED TOUCH SCREEN
    Desktop computer with Flat Panel Monitor
    INCLUDED with your rental and INCLUDES UNLIMITTED
    Internet Access (wireless available in lower level of Villa as
    well as the gazebo and pool area).

  • DVD Movies: are INCLUDED in this rental (Library of over
    500 up to date movies).
  • Kitchen: is FULLY equipped with all utensils, dishes, glasses,
    tumblers, wine/champagne glasses, shot glasses with mini ice
    bucket, large refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, blender,
    microwave, toaster, plate mats and art deco light on ceiling.

  • Dining Room: is equipped with a glass/dark wood table with
    seating for 6, unique Art Deco wall light and ceiling lighting and
    unique curtain system.  

  • There's a terrace off the dining room that leads to back of unit as
    well as washing area which is equipped with a Washer &
    Dryer.

  • Living Room: is very nicely and comfortably designed
    Caribbean style sofa, chair, NEWLY ADDED 42' PLASMA TV and
    DVD Player and unique center table, unique curtain system and a
    beautiful and unique ceiling fan which allows for dim lighting and
    turns into a chandelier when not in use.  Half guest bathroom off
    the living room.

  • Local Phone Line: Villa also has a local phone which allows for
    free incoming calls but must purchase calling cards to make
    outbound calls.

  • US Phone Line: Optional US phone line available for rental at
    an additional fee.  This line is a New York number and allows you
    to make unlimited outbound calls anywhere to the US, Puerto
    Rico and Canada as well as receive calls from the US, Puerto Rico
    and Canada, making it a local call to your callers.

  • Garage: Villa has a 2 car garage.  

  • This Villa is equipped with a SECURITY ALARM SYSTEM

  • 24 Hour Security:  Villas Del Sol Complex has 24 hour security
    with electronic remote control entrance to the complex, a
    Gazebo, and on-site pool for your use as well.
